MP TV Series Small Question (1 Viewer)

Hi there all,

I am running the latest of MP and Streamedmp. On Windows 7, all working really well. I am very happy.

I have 2 small questions though if I could;

1. My TV Series Background banners are not showing now after some configuration I did. I am not sure what I did wrong, everything else is working great, just the background image is the hover_image. Not the TV Show, I have re-scraped a new database and pictures downloaded, but still no luck.

2. Is there anyway to have HomeBasic scroll through pictures like version 0.9x? So your sitting on My Movies in the BasicHome screen, it used to scroll through each picture that was in the folder, now it seems to be that only 1 picture is shown, and it is static.

You possibly turned off fanart in series view from the Options menu.

Thank you for your suggestion. I found that the Folder \Fan Art was missing. So I copied that from an older image. Works again, I just hope that it automatically updated now!!

At the moment I am backing up the entire MediaPortal folder to my server once a week. Is this ok to do? I just do not want to loose what is watched and the database's, plus all the downloaded fanart....

Is there a better way to achieve this?

I use windows 7, so the backup uses shadow technology.

Backup is always good. I have Windows Home Server running and I've used it countless times to recover stuff in my AppData folder.
