    Hi there :)

    1. You can check and fix codec errors with filmerit.

    2. How did you configure your Video player in MP Configuration?

    3. Maybe you can try SAF.

Whatever you install, make sure you are using a admin account to do it, user account may not register codecs properly.

Btw, this post should be deleted as there are NO LOGS!!!

Even though - like I said, KMPlayer has no impact on MP or other DS players.

i'm sorry, i wasn't a ware that was concidered as a bug report.

should i attached MP logs after it shouts on "cant play video" ?

KMPlayer uses "their own" filters, so they won't help with playback of MP, WMP and other DirectShow players.
See: The KMPlayer - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So I recommend you either get:
    1. FFDShow + Haali + VobSub (+ a DXVA codec, like Cyberlink)
    or
    2. SAF + Haali (+ register Cyberlink)

where can i download/register the cyberlink?

    :D

    OK,

    here the status:

    1. instaled SAF && Haalli spliltter ... no success :(

i'm attchching logs and screen shots to try and find out where the is the problem.

the last 2 screen shots, are from MP Tv-Series & Home menu.

i've looked abit in the logs, doesn't seem to be much there telling about the video codecs...

maybe it's something to do with audio?

is it true to say to i need to be able to play the Xvid files in wmp 11 for them to be seen in MP?

i'm desperate here... please see if you can assist ..

    Hi,
In MP Configuration -> Videos -> Subtitle / Audio, disable subtitle & try again.

    Regards
