The posters to the following thread have had problems with BSODs involving the TBS 6281 dual-tuner DVB-T2 card, and also its predecessor the TBS 6280 card:

From your earlier post, it is not clear which TBS cards you have (I have not heard of a TBS 6289 card), and your system specs seem to be out of date. It might be worthwhile adding your experiences to that TBS thread; the more people that report a problem, the more chance that TBS will take the problem seriously. Alternatively, you may get more attention if you raise the issue with TBS Support (I get the impression that monitoring the TBS forum is quite low priority for them).

I have two TBS 6284 quad-tuner DVB-T2 cards, and don't have any problems with BSODs.
