Cyberlink's decoder is designed to work with the PowerDVD application. We have no knowledge what it contains. It could be even having some logic for 2 display setups - who knows. Just in similar way as MS H264 decoder tries to be clever on underpowered GPUs and CPUs where it will start to throttle the frame rate - something that woudl be definitely a task for the renderer, not for the decoder!</p></blockquote><p></p>
