Codecs MP3 Codec? (1 Viewer)

I spent 6 1/2 hrs cleaning up my music directory, and organizing everything.

Re-imported everything back into the music database.

Now 90% of my music tells me it can play, missing a codec.

Wtf? I'm so sick of fighting with codec's all the time!!!

Anyone have any suggestions?

I think I'm using ffdshow to play, but really, I don't even know anymore. What codecs I set in MP config for playing, usually doesn't even work. It uses different stuff anyways, so I'm totally lost as to what is and isn't being used.

SAF is the end of all your codec nightmares...

I got some "can't play" with lastfm streams when I was working with independent codecs for everything... I was trying FFDShow at that time. Now I just uninstalled everything related to old codecs, instaled SAF and selectec BASS for music renderer... My system plays any music format without problems and the video codecs are awesome, with DXVA working for every HD movie I play here.

What music format are you using ? (mp3 / flac / monkey audio / whatever )

Are you using the BASS internal player for you music ?

Can you provide logs please.
