MP4 video played as audio? How to fix? (1 Viewer)

MPEG2 Audio Codec: ffdshow
h.264 Video Codec: ffdshow

Hi folks,

I'm trying to figure out what is wrong but have failed so far. Every time I try to play a mp4 video (containing h264) MP plays it as audio. WMP plays it correctly and Media Player Classic as well (for video using CoreAVC > ffdshow Video Decoder > Overlay Mixer > Video Renderer).
I've tried almost every option in MP Config but nothing makes the mp4s play as video. The MP log indeed confirms this:
