Eh... we are 0.2.2.X now, so the next ver. would probably be 0.3.0.0?
My tip: Browsing SVN releases - they are not very many ATM. In my experience that somtimes means that a updated version is on its way (not allways, though). Might not be 0.3.0.0, but a minor update.

FYI, you can also play with these settings: show TV Server Configuration shortcut => Right-click => Properties => Compatibility => Change High DPI settings
That way you don't have to change the whole scaling of Windows just for this particular application
