I think he means:
"will mp-tvseries then show me all episodes or continue to only show me those that I have? What is this setting? Will the display remain as before? Or will it then show me all episodes of a season, even those I do not have?"
To answer the question, the two are seperate settings: one to download the "****" data, and one to decide what to show. You will want to enable the first setting, and for the second, inside MP select "Only show episodes with a local file".

OK i will try it with my own words !! When i use this settings 'Download Episode information for whole series' show me MP TV Series than all the Episodes of a Series or only i have on the hdd ? Or what happens this Settings realy ?

As I said, there is a setting to control if you shows you all the episodes, or only those that you have. It is called "Show only episodes with a local file", you can find it in the context menu (F9) inside MediaPortal (I believe under options).

But by this setting, he will now load all series info from thetvdb that there are ? Or only for the series which I have ?

I'm from germany loads mpNZB now only the german series (So the tone) or than i have english series with english sound ?

Reinstalled MP and now cannot get Fanarthandler to work correctly due to missing "externally managed" TV Series files.

If anyone ever experiences the above, I found a fix. Removing and reinstalling MP-TVSeries fixed it. It must have gotten corrupted during the reinstall of MP. I also had to do the same with TRAKT which had some issues too that were not apparent at the time. All is well once again. :cool:
