XBMC 2.0.0 has just been released, and its quite a milestone for their team. I have always been a firm supporter of both MP and XBMC, so this is truly a great day for their project.

It's all good. If it wasn't for XBMP and MP we would still be throwing sticks at rocks for fun.

you are probably right when it comes to the cronological order, but when it comes to features - I see it as its baby brother (read: TV).

I'd stick to XBMC being the father, even if you take in terms of features, the son is supposed to be the improved version of the father ain't it? (ok I said "supposed", so don't everyone go on comparing with their fathers )
