I've recently done a fresh install of XP and MP, so I think 2.6.3.1242 is the only version of MPTVSeries I've installed on it.

Anyway, I've had several crashes of MP when in the main MPTVSeries menu, I think always when exiting from a series back to the menu. I get a Windows popup and when OK'ing that, MP closes. It just happened again, about 20:48 on 14/11/10 if you're looking in the logs.

I'll update to 2.6.6 now and hope the problem's fixed, but I wanted to report it in case it's something that needs looking at.

Thanks for the great plugin and your hard work all the same.

    From the logs it's hard to say what's wrong but these lines in log (log is full of them) are certainly not OK!

    Code:
    2010-11-14 13:10:05.109375 [ERROR][(9)]: Exception :System.InvalidCastException: Unable to cast COM object of type 'TsReader' to interface type 'ITSReader'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{B9559486-E1BB-45D3-A2A2-9A7AFE49B24F}' failed due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)).
       at MediaPortal.Player.BaseTSReaderPlayer.ITSReader.SetMediaPosition(Int64 MediaPos)
       at MediaPortal.Player.BaseTSReaderPlayer.Process()
       at MediaPortal.Player.g_Player.Process()
       at MediaPortalApp.MPProcess()

    Looks to me like something went wrong during MediaPortal installation and TSReader was not registered (?). I suggest you first try to clean up and fresh install from the main 1.1 installer.

    Looks very unlikely this is MP-TVSeries problem, but do post your findings..

    Thanks for the reply.

    I don't see how TSReader can not be registered, when I'm able to watch Live/Recorded TV and videos OK.

    I've just checked today's logs (with 2.6.6 installed) and I can't see any Exception errors in those, so maybe whatever was wrong got cleared up when I updated.

    I'll keep an eye on it.
