Synopsis::
MPV decoder seems to be ignoring the anamorphic flag for DVB broadcasts. All streams whether 4:3 or 16:9 appear the same filling the screen of a 4:3 monitor. It does however work correctly with DVD's, though with DVB the anamorphic flag may change over time. (eg 4:3 program with 16:9 adverts). Both Nvidia PureVideo and DScaler work correctly in all instances. The problem also exists with a toallt clean install of todays SVN version - MediaPortal-svn--07-27-2006--01-02-Rev9656.exe
It is very easy to recreate, simply select an anamorphic channel then a non-anamorphic one and they appear the same size. I preferred the look of the MPV to PureVideo going out to a CRT-TV but...
