mssql installation info is out of date (1 Viewer)

needs updating to include information on what do do with "user instances" during installation process..

Currently it skips from "authentication mode" to "error and useage report settings"

why not install using our installer ?

if thats the logic then may as well delete the reference in the wiki for doing a manual install and replace the existing text with

"install using our installer" (poking out of tongue optional)

either way, the wiki entry needs attention.

The requirements for installing MP already note that you do not have to install a sql server by hand.

Generally speaking if you find an error in the documenation you're welcome to correct them
(most pages are not write protected)

If I knew how to edit the wiki or the correct config for the section of the mssql installation then I would have.

That's why I wrote it like this
