Mulitple PCs referenceing one database (1 Viewer)

Is there anyway to have 2 pc's reference a single database? Mostly interested in having what I've watched being able to be the same on to networked computers. For example, if I've watched episode 3 of House season 3 downstairs, the same information is displayed when I check it out on my upstairs PC.

I'm assuming this information is stored in the TVSeriesDatabase4.db3 file... Is there anyway I could get one computer to use the .db3 file on another?
