providers: It seems 4TR has its own copy of the Teletext window and Fullscreen Teletext window (actually it seems to be a direct copy of the one in TvPlugin). There are technical difficulties to implementing my patch as a plugin. These are the same reasons that 4TR replaces TvPlugin.dll. Even if I can figure out how to overcome these technical issues, it is still uncertain if it will be able to work with 4TR unless it is targeted specifically for 4TR (it has to replace functionality embeded in 4TR and use services that are normally provided by TvPlugin which might not be available if 4TR is installed, or implementation could be incompatible) On the other hand the developer of 4TR could just synchronize his code to MP official sources, which hopefully will include the patch some time. Aside from that, if you could temporarily disable 4TR and test the TvPlugin.dll attached below to see if it works (I think I've found the problem with the original MP code). If it does I will submit the fix as a separate patch (it is very simple and will probably be included easily in svn) I have submitted this patch twice in the past in the patch queue: - First time was in 2007, when the patch only targeted TVE2. At that time no one responded and recently the patch was marked as closed. Perhaps it was because of no support for TVE3. - The second time it was when I started this thread. This time both TVE2 & TVE3 are supported. Still no response. Then the patch queue was closed and made private so I do not know if it is being considered. Now I cannot even update the submitted code - I have to resubmit it in the patch forum (something I was advised against because it might also lead to confusion).
