    Hi,

I am having some issues with TV server 0.3 which did not exist with a normal install of MP 0.2.2.

My installation was as per the video tutorial (very good by the way!)

SQL Express 2005 SP2 (CTP December)
SQL Express Management SP2 x64 (CTP December)
    TV Server 0.3 latest build.
MP 0.2.2.0 (I tried the SVN build but it just crashes!)

I installed SQL Express 2005 and verified connection
installed TV server and ran configuration and configured.
I then installed MP 0.2.2 and then installed the TV server plugin.

    1) Once i have installed the lastest build of TV server and go into the config, my card is detected as "ATI AVStream Analog Tuner" and when I click on either "scan for TV channels" or "Scan for Radio channel" TV server config will lock up and the following error is displayed in event viewer:

Now I am not so concerned (maybe I should be!) but I use a composite connection and antenna for FM. So I just wanted to get test to make sure it was working.

Now click the "Add VHS/SVHS Channels" with no crash and they do appear inside "TV channels" under TV server configuration, then I add my groups.

I then installed TV server 0.3 plugin in to the default media portal path in my case c:\program files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\

Once I had completed this, I then launched MP setup and got 2 errors relating to plugins' "An error occured while loading the plugin TvPlugin.Radio" and "An error occured while loading the plugin TvPlugin.TVhome"

So as may be aware my MP 0.2.2 is not that great as the plugins dont work. Can someone advise if this is a known issue (have checked wiki and known issues) or an issue with Vista??? or have I missed something here???

    Cheers

    Andy
