Multiple tuners, coded and FTA channels (1 Viewer)

I have 3 tuners that I want to use in my tv-server. I only have one program card to decode coded channels. So two of my tuners can only record free channels and my third card can also record coded channels.

Is it possible to set up mediaportal tv server to only use the third card for coded channels unless the two other tuners are being used. If the two tuners are used it should be possible to record free channels.

Is this doable and do I have to configure anything to get this to work?

Yes, it's called "mapping" in tvsetup.

I've got two cards but only one with CAM/card. I mapped all FTA channels to the first card and both FTA and scrambled ones to the secondary (with CAM). Luckily most of my channels, that I watch and record from, are divided into just two frequencies so I can go nuts with recordings without reaching my limit.
