I have found the solution to my question above. If anyone else is having difficulty getting MS to work using Robbo100's guide @ http://www.avforums.com/forums/home-entertainment-pcs/1602323-mediaportal-setup-guide.html (which I might say is an excellent source to get started on MP, Thanks Robbo100), I would suggest that you have a look at erichzann's post @ https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/multishortcut-netflix.109764/#post-886356. There is a discrepancy between where to copy the *.dll and fixdll.exe files. In Robbo100's guide, it is said to be placed in C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Plugins\Windows, whereas erichzann's post says to copy to C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\plugins\Windows. After repeated attempts to try MS in the first location, I finally came across the second post. It worked perfectly...thanks to both of you for your advice.
