.. Hi there out in the www -----

    just wondering myself -
    isn't it so, that win7 got a multitouch i/o?

and couldn't it be possible to use that for a MePo-Multitouch-clone-screen
in e.g. one screen in a table (the multitouch) and the
clone for hmm lets say a video-projector or a 52" flat @ the wall?

i have no ideas if that could work ... but hmm i think it "would" ...

ideas - thoughts about that would be welcome ...

A table like MS Surface uses a rear lcd projection and a touch unit on it. This combination is expensive. If you use a Touchscreen with TN Panel you have problems with the perspective(same like "Blickwinkel"?).

similar construction is in the other forum where u could find me... (diy-community)

but there the Multitouch is not only build with a Mini-Projector
( ;) das wort "beamer" gibts im englischen nicht - ICH hab dafür schon schelte für bekommen)
    it is build from a 26" LCD TFT with a IR-controling web-cam and a acryl-plate ...
better resolution and much much cheaper ...

also a much better "Blickwinkel" (ancel-viewing oder wars viewing-ancle?)

Ich kenne die zusammenstellung von der "Do it yourself" Community. Lese mir dort auch öfters mal was durch. XD
Ich nehme eine Glasplatte weil mir Plexiglass zu schnell "vermackt" wird.

und dass mit dem TFT habe ich nicht verstanden!? wo/wie kann ich bei einen TFT als untergrund die Cammera plazieren?

    Danke !

well just make the TFT nacked ---- put away the backplate - use only the TFT-Panel ..
the polarisation-filters and the backlight, without the white-paper (diffusing foile)

IR-rays could came throught the raw TFT panel and its backlight ...
so it is not needed to use a projector and the mirrors ...
(das mit der spiegel ausrichtung ist horror ... kenn ich von meinem DIY-Projector) ...

just a wide-ancle lense for the camera and the table could get less tall

    "K-I-S-S"-konstruction ... :) Keep-It-Simple,-Smiling

    Thanks a lot! :D

So this Part become much easier than I thought!
So the reason I´m here is to find out if "MediaPortal" can use "Multitouch" even when the OS (win7) has a native support to it?

    Thanks...
