SQLite.NET.SQLiteException: SQLiteClient: FanartHandler.db3 cmd:sqlite3_prepare16:pvm=null err:BUSY detailed:database is locked query:PRAGMA synchronous=OFF at SQLite.NET.SQLiteClient.ThrowError(String statement, String sqlQuery, SqliteError err) at SQLite.NET.SQLiteClient.Execute(String query) at FanartHandler.DatabaseManager.InitDB()
It seems like fanart can not open your databes due to a lock. Please try to remove the FanartHandler.db3 file (copy it to a temp directory so it is not lost) and try again. It seems that the db is corrupt. This may result in a need to re-download all fanart (sorry). If you have a recent backup, you could also try to restore the file from there. If you feel couragous, you could also try repairing the db file with SQL Lite Browser or other tools, but I have no further experiance on that.
