I can not get the music on my external hard drive to be reconized. Any ideas?

What does ot mean not recognised?
1. does the import not working?
2. does the music not play at all?
3. Have you set the correct path to your music?
4. Have you tried the Share View for browsing
5. What is meant by external drive? USB, NAS
6. What type of player you've configured? Internal Dshow, BASS
7. Fill out the support form, that you've left empty above
8. Post your mediaportal.log and configuration.log
