mute toggle button how to (1 Viewer)

I'm tring to put a muting toggle button in the music overlay for the mce skin. I tried copying the snippet of xml from the video overlay and it doesn't show. I don't see an action id in that snippet either. How do I implement a toggle button?

the mute buttons r only used in the OSD.
This is special code.
You cannot use buttons from the osd in a different place as they r linked to the code of that section
