I don't know about the structure in the database you are using - but adding a field which is set for watched - unwatched - without syncing or anything else. Just an informational field you may set. So - basically like a View wher you select the user (Main [anidbsync] - User1 - User2 - user3) and the corresponding watched - unwatched status.
