My Blaster has stopped working (1 Viewer)

My Blaster has stopped working with svn from 09-10-2006, the configuration program won't run either from the Plugins in Setup.

Was there a change to the code ?


I reverted back to the previous days svn and blaster works.

Hm... I know that the next tv engine would not support STB at first - and that it, to some extent, is included in the last SVNs....

I never got MyBlaster to work when trying to use it at on a friends computer.

I had the same problem with the DirecTV plugins (all available). They no longer change the channels with yesterday and today's SVN. Reverting back to clean 0.2.0.0 install w/stable patches fixed it. Not sure if the actual channel change event notification (not sure if im using the proper terms here) was changed or not, but something is definitely wrong.

could also effect other plugins.

please attach logfiles the next time.
"It doesnt work" is not very useful to find the source of an issue

I didn't post log files because they didn't indicate a problem that I could see I should have mentioned that sorry.

Anybody got MyBlaster working with remote and blaster included with the Hauppauge! 150-kit? The remote and reciver (w/blaster) is made by eHome, I belive

If so; how? Using only MyBlaster plugin or the Hauppauge!-plugin? I managed (not my setup, btw) to learn and control the STB when using the MyBlaster app. (in Windows enviroment), but nothing happends when entering Mediaportal.

if the log looks useless for a user does not mean that it is useless for an Developer or TestTeam member

always attach logs.
