My DVDs not doing anything (1 Viewer)

I have installed the My DVD's plugin, using the latest version of MediaPortal (the one on the homepage) and then loaded the db from my collection.xml file (DVD Profiler). However, when I try to access it from within MediaPortal, it does not do anything. The link is there (I have put it both in my plugins and in home), but does not do anything when I click on it. Is there a reason for this and if so, what is the solution? Thanks.

do you have a dvd codec installed?

I recommend that you complete the template. You can get a support tool which will autogenerate the information for you then you can paste it here. I doubt anyone will help without this information being posted here.

when this happened to me it was because there was a conflict of skin. you need to be using the MCE plugin. yeah i know lame. its not very flexible.
