Hi,
I'm in the same situation as you. Exept I only want my HTPC to by connected to my TV with no keybord and no mouse.
I've been looking for the perfect config, and for now here are my choices :
Case : Cooler Master Cavalier 2 CAV-T02B (black)
MB : Asus P4P800-E Deluxe WiFi Edition 7.1 sound
Tuner card 1 : Hauppauge WinTV PVR 250
Tuner card2 : Hauppauge WinTV PVR 350 radio tuner
G card : Point Of View GeForce 4 MX 4000 tv out
Ram : DDR 512 Mo PC3200
Proc : Intel Pentium 4 - 3E
DVD : Plextor PX-116A (black)
DVD Burner : Pioneer DVR-108 (black)
HD : Maxtor DiamondMax Plus9 - 200 - 8 (quiet)
Remote : Q-sonic IR and Radio
It's quite expensive ( 1200 euros ) but I think it's worth it with a HT system like Media Portal.
Please tell me what you think of my future! config.
