Coming over from the MyHTPC world here, spending lots of hours pulling out my hair getting it to go.

Some requests that I think may help the program, some people may have already requested these:

Remote Support - Will this be included or will we have to use uICE or Girder?
External Program Launching - Launching various game emulators - web browsers
Catalog Generation - To create a list of games with associated screenshots
DVB Card Support for TV application - or wrapper for MyTheatre
DVD to AVI Ripper included - This would be a nice feature
Gapless Audio tracks - This is a must for me with many of my audio mixes
Shoutcast Support - Am Assuming this will be coming sooner or later
Ability to pull in two seperate TV Feeds - or options for say satellite/cable

Thats it off the top of my head ;)

    Great work so far.

    DVB would be great!!
