My Music Issues (1 Viewer)

MP is working fine for me except when i try to play a music file in my music, the computer completely 'locks up' and i need to restart.

any ideas?

My guess would be that your PC is way underpowered...check the Mediaportal minimum requirements.

I just reinstalled MP and I had the same problem with some mp3 (I think is a codec issue, but I don't want to lose time on it as the solution has been very quick). I solved it changing from directshow to windows media player in music section of mediaportal setup.
