Thats there when something is playing, and not when its not. Maybe thats a plugin I should look into? with overlays like clockmod on screens as well. Thats actually accesible, with most screens that have a live video preview in the bottom, you cant get to them because your scrolling down in the lists of movies/music/tv etc. and it is down so it scrolls rather than moving to that item..
