i have found the same problem on 5 different MP-installations:
In "My music" I cannot select the first icon in the last line in icons view (see also attachment) in Blue3wide and Blue3.
How to reproduce it:
1. Create a musicfolder (i.e "test").
2. Create inside this musicfolder the new folders: a1, a2,...a8, b1,b2,...b7 and c1. (see attachment)
3. select the folder "test"
4. In Blue3 : Use the remote to select "b4". The focus jumps to the "Back" icon.
In Blue3wide: Use the remote or keyboard to select "c". The focus jumps to the "Back" icon.

I tested several hours to isolate this effect.

This effect happens only with the first element of the last line
It happens to 100% on a vista-installation with MP1.02; win7 with MP1.1.2;win7 with MP1.1.1; XP with MP1.1.0 and XP an MP1.1.2.

This effect is reproduceble with 16....300+ Musikfolders.

I am unable to reproduce this at all.

You are using an X10 remote yes? If you disable the X10 settings in MP and use a keyboard does the problem still happen?

Also the logs only appear to be info level. To be useful we need debug level logs

I am using a X10 (Medion) but this effect is present whatever i use: X10 or keyboard.
I also disabled the x10 in the settings and nothing changes.
With the keyboard i only can select the first letter, with the x10 i can select a whole string.
I attached a Blue3wide screenshot. Here the c1 folder is the first one of the last line of thumbs.
When i press the "2" on the keyboard (NUM Pad or keybord) and start on any thumb the focus jumps to a1. With the second keystroke it jumps to b1 and with the third keystroke it does not jump to c1, but to the "back" icon. The behavior of the x10 is identical (if enabled).
The effect also happens with the aMPed skin.

I made some additional tests:
The problem also happens with big icons. In my testing configuration b4 is the "problemfolder" (x10 enabled).
I also tested "sort by artists". Here i have 26 elements ( #, a..z) in the thumbnailpanel. The Problemfolder is "x" (small icons) and big icons.
Difference between small an big icons : In big icons the focus jumps to "f" and not to "back" (due to 2 pages of thumbs???).


In the settings i have set the "log verbosity" from Information to Debug. Is this what you asked for?

I add new logs "report a bug..." and "export all current....".

I can reproduce the same bug like briegel.
So, what have I done?
First I created a directory called "Test" in "Music". Then I created there 18 directories, which are called like the following scheme: "a, a - Kopie, a - Kopie (1), a - Kopie(2), a - Kopie(3), a - Kopie (4), a - Kopie (5), a - Kopie (6), b, b - Kopie, b - Kopie (1), b - Kopie (2), b - Kopie (3), b - Kopie (4), b - Kopie (5), b - Kopie (6), b - Kopie (7), c, c - Kopie, c - Kopie (1), c - Kopie (2), c - Kopie (3), c - Kopie (4), c - Kopie (5)" <~ This first worked fine...but after I have renamed these directories to "a1, a2, a3, ..., b1, b2, b3, .., c1, c2" <~ this doesn't run anymore.
I tried to rename them back and try again....but the bug occurs.
I used the keyboard numeric-line on top of the keyboard to navigate through the directory.

But, I can not show pictures, because I can not make a movie with this "mystic" bug.
Explain me, how I can fix this.
