Hi there folks, i've been using media portal for about a month now and i must say it's great, if a little challenging. It is a continual learning experience for me as each new problem comes along.
I have just tried to install the mypodcasts plugin but i don't know where to extract the feeds.xml folder content. It doesn't seem to work without it. I know this is probably something very simple but i couldn't find the answer on the plugins forum and didn't want to post there for fear of being too much of a noob.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
cheers,

podcast feed

Thanks Pascal, so am i correct in thinking i should set my rss feeds up first before i look for this feeds folder? Because right now there is no feeds folder to be found...

mypodcasts

ok so i'm blind! Yes i found the feeds folder my fault..... However after extracting all the files i went to configure my podcasts and when i hit the configure button it came up with:

unhandled exception has occurred in your application

could not load type"mediaportal.profile.settings" from assembly core, version 0.2.3.0, culture=neutral, publickeytoken=null.

when i click on details it gave me list of data which i have attached. It doesn't make any sense to me, i am hoping it will to someone!

mypodcasts

Well i figured out part of my problem, the plugins i downloaded were for ver. 0.2.2 not 0.2.3 which is what i have. So downloaded new file and restarted the process. When i went to configuration all seemed well i was able to add an rss feed to a podcast and low and behold it worked yippee!! But when i tried to load the mypodcasts search opml i got the "unhandled exception has occurred in your application.....blah blah blah...object reference not set to an instance of an object"
then when i click on details i get a slightly different response than earlier (see attachment)
I don't even know if i need the search feeds file uploaded but i wish there was an idiots guide to this plugin!!
thanks in advance if somebody can help.

cheers
