My remote wont turn my HTPC on or off anymore? (1 Viewer)

My remote used to work fine before I reformatted my HTPC to Windows XP. I installed everything and it all went well, the remote is working fine except for the power button (which used to work before I reformatted) It seems I can't turn on or off my PC anymore. I really can't figure what went wrong? I have Samsung VFD and MCE Remote.


Help :(

    to turn on i have no idea.

    to turn off, go to control panel, energy administrator and change the effect of power button press
