When it comes to ARD Text all you have to do is to add a new source and click the ARD Text radio box, no url is needed there. This is since My Teletext supports two text sources (SVT Text and ARD Text), the rest are image sources.You have done it completely right when it comes to sat1 though, however I have tried it myself and it seems that png (gif and jpg works) is the bad guy.
