My trailers - change aspect ratio? (1 Viewer)

I have a 16:9 widescreen LCD, and last night I watched some trailers from the brilliant plugin.

But the trailers were centered only and I couldn't switch to strech mode. Shouldn't trailer screen aspect follow the aspect chosen for videos/TV?

The video quality of the trailers is pretty "ordinary" (because they are heavily compressed for internet streaming), so if they were stretched to fill the screen, it would also make them look even fuzzier (less sharp and clear) - I am not sure that this is desirable?

Although, it would be good to have the choice....

Even if that's wanted that the video size would be small I think it would be good to display it in correct aspect ration

Yeah well, the choice would be nice to have. A 32" LCD looks a bit silly with only a small image in the middle.
