Installed tv series and then went to import and it will not do it?

what format should i be using when ripping my dvd's to pc will this make a difference?

still new to all this and completly stuck please help :)

    you may need to check the naming convention you are using. MYTVseries is very fussy about how you name the eps. Its also very configurable about recognition if the defaults aren't working for you, by using Expressions/Rules
