my weather , no animation (1 Viewer)

have a problem , i updated from mp 1.0.0 to mp 1.0.2 and my weather was not working after the update, i applied the fixes for blue3 wide and 1.0.2 and now is working but i have NOT ANIMATION.
WHERE THERE IS SUPPOUSED TO BE AN ANIMATION, IS BLANK, IT SHOWS NOT PICTURE AT ALL, AND ONLY NONE ANIMATED SATELITE WEATHER PICTURES ARE DISPLAYED, I MEAN IF I PASTE A NONE ANIMATED SATALITE ADDRESS OK IT SHOWS UP, BUT IF I PASTE AN ANIMATED ADDREES THEN I GET A BLANK SCREEN , NOTHING SHOWS UP ONLY THE BLUE MP SCREEN WITH THE ICONS IN THE LEFT THAT LET ME CHANGE IMAGES, SATALITE ETC. ALSO ANIMATED SATELITE FROM WEATHER CHANNEL SHOW LIKE A NORMAL PICTURE, NO ANIMATION.
I HAVE MY 5 DAYS FORECAST WORKING FINE AGAIN BUT SATELITE MOTION IS GONE
HELP PLEASE.
i have xp sp3 with everything mp asks for to run.

Yes, that was what i used to fix the problem WHEN i did not have my weather working, after those 2 fixes were applyed then i had my weather working again, but i dont have any animation when i go to see the satalite images, only none animeated images are shown as i said before

ok, is fixed, i downloaded this" MPInfoService-v0993.rar" from mp plugins , installed the two things in windows plugins and enabled the weather part in mp config it is now working.
