MyGyica X8350A not working with TV Server/Scan Channels (1 Viewer)

Installed MyGica Thriller Hybrid X8350A and see them under the t.v. Servers (one digital and one analog). But when trrying to scan channels, the tv server shuts down and closes. Anyone have any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.
