MyPrograms doesnt start tvtool (1 Viewer)

Hey

I cant get the myprograms plugin to open tvtool.
Myprograms can open my IR software without any problems.

Config to IR:
Checked enabled
Title: IR
Launching Application:C:\Program Files\WinTv\Ir.exe
Checked Startup using shellexecute - Checked Wait for exit

Windows style: Normal
startup directory: %FILEDIR%
Checked Qoutes around Filenames
