After starting plugin I see empty thumbnails in the main plugin window.

Yeah, I've hardcoded filenames and they changed it.

When going down one level, for example the football section, there are also no thumbnails.

That's strange. I've just deleted all thumbs in folder and I've got them redownloaded again. All thumbs are in place. Maybe it doesn't like sync downloading. I'll change it to async.

I've updated hardcoded links to sports images ans switched artwork downloading to async.

sorry for my bad english, but a question:
How do I install the plugin, have it copied to the plugins folder and the other files in the skin folder, but the plugin is not visible.
Skin: DefaultWideHD

Hello, please ensure you have MySportsPlugin.dll in \Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\plugins\Windows
If yes, you could try to open Mediaportal - My Plugins - MySports.
If plugin is not here please post Mediaportal.log ane Error.log files.

Good morning Edalex,

sorry for my late reply. The plug-in appears in the Configuration, but is enabled does not appear in the DefaultWide Skin. I can not add the plugin in the skin either.
Have I misunderstood something, or is your plugin an extension?

Could you post some screens where you expect it to be?

According to you settings plugin is placed in My Plugins, so you should locate Plugins inside Mediaportal (not Configuration).
You're using only Basic Home so you should add plugin to home in Basc Home Editor or press some arrows to enable additional menu with plugins.

Anothe option is to enable also Classic view in Cofiguration -> GUI -> Home -> "Basic and classic, prefer Basic". In such case you should be able to switch to Classic Home by H on keyboard and then Choose Plugins - MySports.

In the Basic version, it does not appear in the surface, I said that.
In the Classic, it seems, you're right.
However, errors in the skin files seem to be, see pictures.
The message missing file comes, but the files are present.
What would be nice in the surface would be: table, etc. in football

Yes, plugin is far from complete stage.
As for data it could show info which is present on site thesportsdb.com like League Table - TheSportsDB.com

Hey, I'm not so patient to polish plugin's code again and again so here is preview build with DefaultWide and DefaultWideHD skin files and some new features:
- Changed browsing logic (new View "Dashboard" with Sports - League - League Details - Team Details - Event Details chain of screens)
- (Hopefully) Fixed missing images all over the plugin (it was just needed to create thumbs/sports folder )
- Added Calendar screen
- Added GUI Importer for local sport files (from user's videos folder only for now)
- Added Local View screen for browsing succesfully imported files and (possibly ) play them
- Added database for storing imported data
- Added fanart support on most screens
- And maybe something else.
I didn't test DefaultWideHD skin btw. I just converted files manually from DefaultWide files mostly
