mytv crash at startup (hvr 1300) (1 Viewer)

my MP installation is broken...
have already reinstalled windows, tryed all driver versions found on the internet and so on.
on the first installation with the original drivers from the hauppauge cd and MP RC4 wos it ok. then i have changed the drivers of the tv card to the newest version... and my problem beginns.

at this time the MP installation dont work (closing unexpected if i open "my tv" or "my radio") but the original wintv2000 application works perfect.

hase somone a idea where the problem could be?

I don't have any details but I have a friend with a 1300-cars that also has had major problems with MP. He can't seem to get anything working past release 0.1.3.

I may be related.

Is anyone running a recent MP-version with the 1300-card and new drivers successfully?

Latest Hauppauge drivers (from their MCE drivers page), recent SVN MP.

Hi,
Have you tried to remove your card from the list & add it again in MP Setup -> Television -> Capture Cards ?

When I installed my card I only used the drivers, no other tv programs.

with this driver my tuning problem seems to be away
