I can't help with your crashing problem, but try going into MediaPortal Configuration (the external setup program)>General Settings, and make sure that the option that says someting like "hide taskbar in fullscreen" is not selected.

Then when MP crashes you'll at least have your taskbar back and will be able to continue to do stuff on your computer.

and in windows set the task bar to auto hide, just to make sure it never gets in the way.

I looked through your logs and couldn't see anything that stood out.
You do have an underspecced gfx card, but then so do I with a very similar set up, so I doubt that's it.

Does the card work ok with the makers supplied software?

I didn't see anything too obvious in the logs except this bit
    08.11.2006 21:21:38 500 [Info.] Command:confused:top all card except card:-1

There was also a German message in the error log which I think could support this, if my translation was correct.

My guess, delete the tv card from MP and reconfigure it. Also, make sure MP is running under a login with admin rights.
