MyTV doesn't respond to remote after a while (1 Viewer)

After watching TV for a while Mediaportal stops responding to my remotes (wireless mediakeyboard (RF) & logitech harmony via ehome infrared). TV keeps on playing just fine. I found a way to start MP config (with keyboard) so that MP can be shut down, close config and start MP again. The TV server doesn't need any rebooting and I'm still able to use my remote in Win XP, so it appears that MP itself stops responding. I tried about every setup of codecs I can think of, all the same.
