Sorry I don't have any specs about my setup at the moment as I'm at work but just wondering if there's anything obvious that I might have missed?
I setup Media Portal yesterday and have got it controlling my external Sky set top box.
It all works fine except after a while of watching TV, Media Portal freezes and locks up my PC.
Things I can think of are that I have the timeshift buffer enabled (which should work shouldn't it?), I haven't had time to test it with it disabled but it may be a cause?
I'm using a WinTV PVR150.
I have used Media Portal about a year ago setup on the same PC, but back then I couldn't control my Sky box with the remote control until now finally things have moved on and it's now possible.
