MyTV Problem (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone!

I've a problem with the tvtuning bit of media portal. If i download the latest CVS build it wont find my capture card anymore, if I use an older one it hangs when i switch channel or touch the menus while watching.

Anyone got any advice?

Media Portal 0.2rc2.
Capture card: 713x BDA Analog Capture (ASUS TV)
Audio: SB X-Fi
Windows XP SP2

The analog part of your capture card probably is a software encoding card. Somewhere over all CVS'es support for your card (and all other software cards) was dropped, I believe mid january

Two options:
1: Get back to RC1 (but then newer versions will never work unless someone else with your card chooses 2.

2:
Check this newspost and associated forum tread to add support for your card in Mediaportal. Your specs are *ahum* impressive enough to handle that.
