in my videos - every movie file is asking if you want to resume playback - even if you didn't stop if before it completed. and if you keep going to watch the same file, it the time will increment by 1 second every time.
so for example, if you go to view the file for the 8th time.. it will ask if you want to resume playback 8 seconds in to the file.
watch the file to completion, go to watch it again and it will ask to resume playback from 9 seconds in and so on.
