If you installed it via MPI, you can uninstall it from there.

If not, or you have problems, these are the files that were installed (from your MediaPortal root folder):

Interop.SpeechLib.dll
myVoice.dll
Plugins\Windows\myVoiceWindow.dll
Plugins\Process\myVoiceProcess.dll
Plugins\Process\myVoiceSettings.xml

and the folder Plugins\Process\myVoice
