National GEO HD (or Cine HD) on Astra does not work with TT-connect-2400 (1 Viewer)

Hi!

I tried to add some HD channels to my TV group and I was unable to get e.g. National Geo HD or Cine+ HD working. Both channels are not encrypted on Astra 19,2E. The error is (in MP): "Unable to find Audio/Video stream".

Attached you can find the logs of the TV server and the client.

It seems that TV Server is unable to tune into the channel or something like this. The error (see an excerpt below) looks like this:

Hi tzi,

I don't know what channel you mean with Cine+, but National Geo HD with CSAT is scrambeld....I pay for and MP wait for unscrambling...before dispay it.

btw, all HD channels from CSAT on Astra 19.2 are scrambled.
