There doesn't seem to exist a program guide online to develop a WebEPG grabber for this channel. Has anybody seen one?

It does exist in the swedb xmltv guide, so for now I will have to use XMLTV as opposed to WebEPG to get this to work. Is it true that I must rename the channels to use the names defined by swedb in order for it to work?

How about automated updates? Is it enough to schedule a task to run TVGuideScheduler.exe on regular intervals? What does it mean in the configuration that there must be a username and password to schedule a task? Does that mean I must give my user on my HTPC a password? Can I still bypass the window login screen somehow?

MP will create a Windows Scheduled Task for you, alternatively you can do it manually

yes, the user used to run your MP must be password-protected to use Windows Scheduler
