need a working demo process plugin (1 Viewer)

i have already ask in the german part from here. But at this point no helpfull answer.
Iam not able to get one workig :-(
What i need is a working Process Plugin (*.dll) with no actions. Only the skeleton

Pls can anyone upload a "working demo plugin" ?!
