Need help. Cant change channel on dreambox :( (1 Viewer)

Hi...

Can anyone please help me with this? A have a dreambox dm500 and the MS blaster. With the old Mce replacement plugin it worked fine. But now i just cant get it working..

I dont care with plugin to use. Just want the Tv part of MP to work again.

ok..

This is my log.

The blaster is flashing but its very short and fast, and nothing happens...

could it be possible to change the channel like in the dreambox plugin? It sends commands to the box instead of blasting.

Have you taught the plugin your ir codes or used the quick setup option?

I'll look into how the dreambox is controlled over serial and let you know if the plugin could it.

OK, I can't find any information on controlling it through it's serial port.

But it looks like controlling it over TCP/IP would be an option.

I'll look into it further and see what I can find for you.

I'm not sure why the IR blasting isn't working for you, but try the next test version when I release it in the next few days.

If I get something working for network control of the dreambox I'll let you know.
