Need Help Choosing a card (1 Viewer)

I am looking for a tuner card for my PC. I want to use my current cable and maybe satellite. I live in the US, so I don't know if there is a signal difference between here and Europe. Could anyone recommend a good one? Oh yea, I am running windows 7
